Expertise in focusing on the words and intention being communicated by another in a way that demostrates focus and enhances the effectiveness of the interaction.

Able to speak Mandarin

Planning (also called forethought) is the process of thinking about and organizing the activities required to achieve a desired goal.

All activities associated with revenue and non-revenue (service) vehicle maintenance, including: Administration; Inspection and maintenance; and Servicing (cleaning, fueling, etc.) vehicles. In addition, vehicle maintenance includes repairs due to vandalism and accident repairs of revenue vehicles.
