Interpreting and explaining related procedures, regulations and laws;

Advising individuals about the law and government regulations on the types of licences required and the conditions attached to the licences, and on the rights and obligations of the public;

Examining applications and related documents and determining whether the licences should be granted and the conditions to be attached;

Examining applications and approving the issue of passports;

Carrying out administrative tasks related to the application process, document activities, evaluation and determination, and for preparing correspondence to inform applicants of the licensing decision;

Administering and carrying out the necessary tests on licence applicants;
