    Planning, implementing and coordinating activities related to psychology / clinical psychology / counselling for the client;

    Helping individuals and families with personal and social problems;

    Collecting information relevant to clients’ needs and advising them on their rights and obligations;

    Analysing the clients’ situation and presenting alternative approaches to resolving problems;

    Preparing and compiling case records or reports for court and other legal proceedings;

    Providing guidance to at-risk youth and rehabilitating troubled youth by organising and supervising social, educational and recreational activities in youth clubs, community centres and similar organisations;

    Helping physically or mentally handicapped persons to obtain adequate treatment and improve their ability to function in society;

    Planning, organising or providing home-help services;

    Monitoring the progress of clients;

    Formulating policies, plan programmes and activities related to youth and sports activities at the Ministry/department level. Includes providing financial assistance, providing expert advice and ongoing supervision in developing youth and sports programmes;

    Helping ensuring the implementation of policies for rehabilitation programs at institution and community;
