    Planning, analysing and advising on the compliance of the company’s business operations with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and the company’s rights;

    Keeping abreast of legal developments affecting the company, its clients and the industry and synthesising the information to incorporate it into the company’s transactional practices;

    Formulating, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts;
